I commute to work via train, carry my laptop and paperwork daily and have finally found the perfect bag after years of searching! It fits everything I need, well organized with plenty of pockets and room to spare. It is very comfortable on my shoulder which is usually an issue for me with large bags as I'm 5'4". I receive compliments on my Pyramid bag all the time as it looks very professional and has that luxury brand appeal. Knowing KAAI is women owned is an added bonus! This is my third Pyramid purchase. I have been using my first one daily for 2 years and it still looks brand new. I accidentally swiped it with a pen a few weeks ago and was shocked that the ink came off completely with just a damp cloth. It holds all of my work materials beautifully and I receive compliments often. We wanted to gift something to my best friend, the founder of our all women running club, for the 10 year anniversary of the club and a Kaai bag was perfect.
